As soon as the order requires authorization, you will get a confirmation email. After it has been authenticated, we immediately start preparing your purchase. It is challenging for us to alter or cancel your purchase within this time window, but we will try to accommodate your request.

The processing period starts on the day your purchase was placed. Order processing typically takes 3-5 business days. We can mail it when we've processed it.
